The chef, Louis:

Experienced with gourmet cuisine

With several years of experience in a gourmet restaurant, our chef Louis shares his expertise with you through the dishes with an authentic and generous personal touch. 

An amateur mountain biker, he is inspired by his long walks in the heart of Swiss nature to find the best combinations of flavors. He will also delight you with his creativity for all your exceptional requests: menu for an event, foreign cuisine, special diets etc.

Edward, of American descent, brought to Switzerland the best of American barbecue after trying countless recipes in different states! 

To make real American BBQ, we smoke our meats in-house for long hours, with local fruit wood, in order to obtain a product of exceptional tenderness and a perfect smoky aroma.

The grilled and caramelized ribs or the “Pulled pork Burger” are without hesitation the two essential dishes of wood. restaurant!
