To ensure a safe and efficient check-in process we will be able to accept you from 15:00H to 18:00H. If arriving later, guests must inform us, and early check-in are subject to availability with surcharge.
You are welcome to enjoy your chalet until 11:00H. Late check-out is subject to availability with surcharge.
Sustainability is important to us. Woodland Village heats itself with a centralized pellet system. We use 100% natural artisanal products in our bathrooms to protect the local water.

Beds are made on arrival and bath towels included. Cleaning is included.
Family friendly dogs can accompany their masters to the chalets. There is a surcharge of CHF 15 per day. Dog beds and bowls are available on request.
The chalets are a car-free zone in winter. Cars stay in the large car park next to the restaurant, and you can reach your chalet on foot (2 minutes). Winter tires and snow boots mandatory!

Our prices can vary depending on the day of the week and on the season. We guarantee to have the lowest prices for our chalets online, so complete our online booking process today to discover your absolute best prices available.

If you wish to cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, we will refund 100% of the total amount. If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival, we will refund 50% of the total amount. Less than 14 days before your arrival, the full amount will be due.
The chalets are right next to the reception, about a 2 minute walk from your parking. You will be given your private key for you and your group.

Your chalet is equipped with 2 fully fitted bathrooms with a sink, toilet, shower, hair-dryer, towels and hygiene amenities.
Each chalet has its own energy efficient eco-heating with CO2 neutral pellets that will keep you toasty warm in the winter season (while reducing our carbon footprint).
You will find free WiFi in your chalet as well as the main lodge and wood. restaurant.
We do offer a baby cot on request.
Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. Additional cleaning during your stay is available on request (with surcharge).
There is a fondue set (pot, stand, picks) in the chalet. Don’t forget to bring the gel fuel. There is a raclette machine available on request at reception.
Anything you would normally require on your perfect holiday, but we do strongly recommend you to pack mountain shoes and seasonable clothing if you choose to explore the surrounding nature.
Our 17 private chalets are at the heart of our private land, which also includes wood. restaurant & bar.
Your well behaved, family friendly pet is more than welcome to stay with you at your chalet at a small additional cost per day.
The coffee machines in the chalets are compatible with capsules.
If the daily weather conditions are not permissible for your activity (EX. too much snow, not enough snow, bad wind/ fog) the operator is authorized to cancel the activity for safety concerns. If cancelation occurs you will not be charged and we will help you find a suitable replacement activity.
